Very Rev. John Rice, V.F., is reappointed designated pastor of Parkersburg Catholic High School for a term of three years, effective September 14, 2024. This is in addition to his current assignment as pastor of St. Francis Xavier Parish in Parkersburg.
Father Joyson P. Varghese is appointed parochial vicar of St. Joseph Parish in Martinsburg with residence at the parish rectory, effective September 2, 2024.
Father John Finnell is appointed temporary administrator of Christ the King Parish in Dunbar, Holy Trinity Parish in Nitro, and St. Patrick Mission in Bancroft, effective retroactively to September 1, 2024. His place of residence will remain the same.
Father J. Stephen Vallelonga is appointed chaplain of Council #12191 of the Knights of Columbus for the current Fraternal Year, effective immediately. This is in addition to his current assignment as pastor of St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Berkeley Springs.
