Archbishop William E. Lori has made public the following announcements and appointments:

Msgr. Kevin M. Quirk, J.C.D., J.V., will continue to serve as a member of and secretary of the College of Consultors, with his current five-year term expiring on December 31, 2020. Msgr. Quirk will also continue to serve as a member of and secretary of the Diocesan Finance Council, with his current five-year term expiring on June 30, 2023. Both are in addition to his current assignments as judicial vicar of the diocese and rector of the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Wheeling.

Msgr. Anthony Cincinnati, S.T.D., will continue to serve as a member of the College of Consultors, with his current five-year term expiring on December 31, 2020. This is in addition to his current assignments as delegate for clergy of the diocese and pastor of St. Francis de Sales Parish in Morgantown.

Msgr. Paul A. Hudock will continue to serve as a member of the College of Consultors, with his current five-year term expiring on December 31, 2020. This is in addition to his current assignment as pastor of St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Wheeling.

Msgr. Eugene Ostrowski will continue to serve as a member of the College of Consultors, with his current five-year term expiring on December 31, 2020.

Very Rev. Carlos L. Melocoton, Jr., V.F., is appointed to the College of Consultors. This appointment is effective immediately, expiring on December 31, 2020. This is in addition to his current assignment as pastor of St. James Parish in Charles Town and vicar forane of the Martinsburg Vicariate.

Msgr. Joseph L. Peterson, V.F., is appointed to the College of Consultors. This appointment is effective immediately, expiring on December 31, 2020. This is in addition to his current assignment as pastor of St. Michael Parish in Wheeling and vicar forane of the Wheeling Vicariate.

Very Rev. Paul J. Wharton, V.F., is appointed to the College of Consultors. This appointment is effective immediately, expiring on December 31, 2020. This is in addition to his current assignment as pastor of St. Francis de Sales Parish in Beckley and vicar forane of the Beckley Vicariate.

Father James R. DeViese, Jr., J.C.L., is appointed to the College of Consultors. This appointment is effective immediately, expiring on December 31, 2020. This is in addition to his current assignment as pastor of St. Patrick Parish in Weston, St. Boniface Parish in Camden, and Good Shepherd Parish in Glenville, and chaplaincy responsibilities at the Federal Correctional Institution in Gilmer and Glenville State College.

Father John R. Gallagher is appointed to the Diocesan Finance Council. This appointment is effective immediately, expiring on June 30, 2023. This is in addition to his current assignment as pastor of St. Michael Parish in Vienna.

Rev. Mr. David E. Galvin is appointed to the Diocesan Finance Council. This appointment is effective immediately, expiring on June 30, 2023. This is in addition to his current assignment as permanent deacon at St. James Parish in Charles Town.

Mr. Patrick Felton, CPA, is appointed to the Diocesan Finance Council. This appointment is effective immediately, expiring on June 30, 2023.

Mr. Ian C. Flores is appointed to the Diocesan Finance Council. This appointment is effective immediately, expiring on June 30, 2023.

Mr. Christopher C. Freeman, CFP, is appointed to the Diocesan Finance Council. This appointment is effective immediately, expiring on June 30, 2023.

Mr. Jonathan Greer will continue to serve on the Diocesan Finance Council, with his current five-year term expiring on June 30, 2023.

Mr. Dwight Keating will continue to serve on the Diocesan Finance Council, with his current five-year term expiring on June 30, 2023.

Mr. Penn Kurtz will continue to serve on the Diocesan Finance Council, with his current five-year term expiring on June 30, 2023.

Mrs. Mary C. Pockl, CPA, is appointed to the Diocesan Finance Council. This appointment is effective immediately, expiring on June 30, 2023.

Mr. David Thomas is appointed to the Diocesan Finance Council. This appointment is effective immediately, expiring on June 30, 2023.

Mr. David Turner will continue to serve on the Diocesan Finance Council, with his current five-year term expiring on June 30, 2023.

Mr. L. Frederick Williams is appointed to the Diocesan Finance Council. This appointment is effective immediately, expiring on June 30, 2023.
