Every Hero Needs a Guide
Here’s a look at (maybe) every movie you’ve ever watched. There is a hero. This hero is living their normal life until a problem arises. A problem that takes the whole movie to solve, thus making them the hero. Along the way there may be a bunch of smaller problems to solve.
This process of problem solving always involves a guide. The guide provides things the hero needs; wisdom, direction, supplies, advice, connections, etc. The guide helps the hero get from where they are to the place they want to be. Without the guide, the hero would be lost.
Consider the people you serve. They are the hero solving problems in their own story.
You are the guide.
