How do you learn?
Auditory – Listen to the instructions, understand the lecture, hear the music.
Visual – read the instructions, watch the video, understand the demonstration.
Kinesthetic – put the parts together, doodle, play the instrument.
It’s important to know yourself and what works best for you. That way you can be intentional with the medium you choose. And also know you have to work harder with the others.
Consider the people you serve. It takes empathy to realize that they may be different than you.
