02-26-24 – Bishop Mark Brennan has made public the following appointment:

Father Anthony Thurston is appointed as temporary administrator of St. Joseph the Worker Parish in Weirton and Sacred Heart of Mary Parish in Weirton, effective February 18, 2024. This appointment is in addition to his current responsibilities as parochial vicar of these same parishes. His place of residence will remain the same.
