Stewardship And Development, Office Of

The Office of Stewardship and Development is responsible for providing the leadership, coordination, management, and supervision of development efforts for the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston. The office works with parishes, Catholic schools, diocesan ministries, and outreach offices to coordinate and plan The Catholic Sharing Appeal and One Mission One Day to Make a Difference campaigns. The staff is available to provide information and assistance with annual funds, capital campaigns, grant writing, online giving, advancement plans, enrollment management, major gift solicitation, time, talent and treasure, and other stewardship and development programs. The S&D office also maintains and updates the diocesan database of registered parishioners for diocesan appeals and communications, including The Catholic Spirit newspaper.
