The Buildings and Properties Office is responsible for coordinating construction and renovation projects throughout the Diocese. The office is the liaison to parishes, missions, and schools for all construction-related activities.
- Review and submit for administrative approval of all plans and contracts for construction and maintenance projects;
- Coordinate all diocesan real estate transactions;
- Assist parishes with basic preventative maintenance programs.
In addition, this office also has the designation of Program Director for the asbestos program in Diocesan Schools and assists with all other environmental issues in the Diocese.
