Father Frederick J. D’Souza is appointed chaplain and director of Campus Ministry at Wheeling University with residence at St. Alphonsus Parish rectory in Wheeling, effective July 19, 2023.

In consultation with Very Rev. Jaya Raj Battula, HGN, provincial superior of the St. John Paul II Province of the Heralds of Good News, Father Praveen K. Mallela, HGN, is appointed parochial vicar of St. Michael Parish in Wheeling with residence at the parish rectory, effective July 19, 2023.

Mr. Mark Enders is reappointed chairman of the Diocesan Committee on Scouting for a period of three years, effective immediately.

Mr. Ernest Richard Fauss is appointed secretary of the Diocesan Committee on Scouting for a period of three years, effective immediately.

Mr. Robert L. Greer is reappointed a member of the Diocesan Committee on Scouting for a period of three years, effective immediately.

Mr. Daniel Maul is reappointed a member of the Diocesan Committee on Scouting for a period of three years, effective immediately.

Mr. Craig O’Leary is reappointed a member of the Diocesan Committee on Scouting for a period of three years, effective immediately.
