Very Rev. Sebastian Devasya, V.F., is appointed Associate Episcopal Vicar for Clergy for a period of five years, effective immediately. This is in addition to his current assignments as pastor of Sacred Heart Parishes in Bluefield and Princeton and Vicar Forane of the Beckley Vicariate.
