In consultation with Very Rev. Paul Puthuva, VC, provincial superior of the Vincentian Congregation in Kerala, India, Father Joseph Abraham, VC, is appointed priest in residence at St. Mary Parish in Morgantown and chaplain of J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown and Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown with residence at St. Mary Parish Rectory, effective Sept. 20, 2023.

Deacon Marcus C. Pressl is appointed permanent deacon at St. James the Greater Parish in Charles Town and to liturgical ministry at the same parish, effective immediately.
