Rev. Mr. Lawrence V. Hammel is appointed permanent deacon at Assumption Parish, Keyser, and to liturgical ministry at the same parish, effective immediately. This is in addition to his current assignment as permanent deacon at Our Lady of Grace Parish in Romney.
