Shorten your lanyard

For those of you attending P.A.C.E. this week, and anyone ever wearing a name tag lanyard, here’s a tip:

If you are wearing a lanyard that displays your name at waist level or just above, it’s very awkward for anyone to read. In addition, if you are holding anything in your hands it may likely be covered up completely.

You can raise the name higher on your torso by decreasing the size of the loop that goes around your head. Part way down the loop, simply tie a knot. Then put the smaller loop over your head.

It’s a generous effort to make engagement easier and more comfortable for those you interact with.
